The incident occurred on Thursday, 23 January, in the afternoon, in Zebrzydowa. As established by police officers from Bolesławiec:
The driver of a Renault, a resident of Nowogrodziec Municipality, failed to give way to the driver of a Honda from Bolesławiec.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured. The at-fault driver was fined PLN 1,100.
