The project is to be carried out under a “design and build” arrangement. Sokola Street, together with the section (connection) to Miłorzębowa Street:
- road width: 6 m,
- approximate road-section length: approx. 830 m.
A road with bituminous-paved driveways will be built, along with a pedestrian and cycle path and access routes to properties (made of concrete paving blocks).
The following will also be constructed:
- a concrete-paving edge gutter,
- surface drainage of the roadway with inlets in the road and a sewage network,
- lighting with LED fixtures,
- water and sewer connections to each plot beyond the paved road strip (roadway, pavement, pedestrian and cycle path).
