According to the report from the person who notified authorities, someone fired a shot that hit a moving car. An adult and her disabled son were traveling in the car. Two windows were shattered. The bullet also apparently hit the rear seat headrest.

On Friday, at 7 p.m., while driving through Świecie, passing the bus stop in lower Świecie, behind the stop, more or less where people used to live in a trailer... Someone fired a shot—I don’t know what kind of weapon—and shot through two windows of my car and the rear seat headrest. My Son was traveling with me at that moment, and he was terrified.
The car I drive is essential for taking my son to rehabilitation, as he is disabled. Because of some person’s stupidity, we have been left without transportation.
