The incident occurred on 13 December.
According to złotoryjska KP PSP:
(…) the duty officer at the Command Post of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Złotoryja received a report of a collision involving two heavy goods vehicles on the A4 motorway, at kilometre 73. After fire service crews arrived at the scene, it was established that the driver had left the vehicle unaided and did not require medical assistance.
The firefighters also said:
The firefighters’ actions consisted of securing the scene, disconnecting the power supply in the vehicle and removing operating fluids from the road. During the incident, the A4 motorway was completely blocked.
The Police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
