Jelenia Góra detectives arrested a 24-year-old man suspected of theft. – He stole decorative lights from the premises of a restaurant in the city centre. The value of the stolen property was estimated at 1,000 zlotys – reports Sub-Inspector Edyta Bagrowska, press officer of the Jelenia Góra Municipal Police Headquarters.
What is more, it emerged that the suspect is a repeat offender with a series of property-related crimes on his record.
The young man faces up to seven and a half years in prison.
