Applications may be submitted until 31 December 2024. Applications are for the Bolesławiec Mayor’s Award for promoting the city in 2024.
The awards are granted for outstanding achievements in artistic activity, the dissemination and protection of culture, the development of science, outstanding results in sport, and social initiatives contributing to the promotion of the city.
The following are entitled to submit applications for the awards:
- the Bolesławiec Mayor,
- the Bolesławiec City Council and committees of the Bolesławiec City Council,
- cultural institutions, associations and creative unions,
- artistic agencies and socio-cultural associations,
- editors of local newspapers, radio and television stations,
- publishers,
- educational institutions,
- scientific and research organisations and associations,
- sports clubs, associations and organisations,
- social and local-government organisations,
- local-government bodies, authorities and units.
Individuals and those themselves interested in receiving the award are not entitled to submit applications for the awards.
The procedure and rules for granting the Bolesławiec Mayor’s Awards are set out in Resolution No. XV/104/11 of the Bolesławiec City Council of 26 October 2011 on establishing the Bolesławiec Mayor’s Awards for promoting the city and determining the procedure and rules for granting them.
Applications for awards for promoting the city of Bolesławiec in 2024 should be submitted to the Customer Service Office at the Town Hall, ul. Rynek 41.
