As reported by Komenda Powiatowa PSP w Zgorzelcu:
A report of a building fire was received by the Command Post of the District Fire Service Commander in Zgorzelec at 00:58. When the fire broke out, three employees were in the building; they evacuated on their own.
It added: – A total of 28 PSP and OSP units took part in the firefighting operation, including five units from outside our district. Firefighting operations involving the final extinguishing of the fire are still under way.
The incident occurred during the night of November 20–21 in Zawidów, in Zgorzelec County.
Before 3:00 a.m., a tanker truck from JRG Bolesławiec was dispatched to assist at the scene.
Fortunately, no one was injured. The police are determining the causes and circumstances of the incident.
