During the night of November 16–17, Bolesławiec criminal investigators apprehended a 34-year-old Uzbekistani national suspected of being aggressive toward another man. The incident occurred in a parking area in Gromadka municipality. The foreigner attacked a truck driver and damaged his vehicle.
The aggressor was detained immediately after the incident; he had 2 per mille of alcohol in his system. – After sobering up, the suspect was brought by officers from the police station in Kruszyn to the Bolesławiec District Court, where he was sentenced in connection with attacking another truck driver and causing damage to the vehicle worth nearly PLN 4,000 – reports asp. szt. She adds: – The perpetrator was ordered to repair the damage and received a suspended prison sentence.
