You are warmly invited to the ceremonial celebrations of the 106th ANNIVERSARY OF POLAND REGAINING ITS INDEPENDENCE, organised by Bolesławiec County together with the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
Time 11:00 – Bolesławiec Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary: ceremonial Holy Mass for the homeland;
time 12:00 – Monument to the Centenary of Regaining Independence: Independence Roll Call;
time 12:45 – Market Square: parade by the Honour Guard Company of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment and the US Army, and a mounted patrol procession by the Reconstruction Group of the 6th Kaniowscy Lancers Regiment;
time 13:15–15:00 – Rev. Jerzy Popiełuszko Square: equestrian drill performance by the Reconstruction Group of the 6th Kaniowscy Lancers Regiment, and horse rides for children;
time 13:30–15:30 – Marshal Józef Piłsudski Square – military pea soup, and demonstrations of equipment from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment and the US Army
time 17:00 – INDEPENDENCE CONCERT at the Old Theatre featuring the State Music School of the First Degree in Bolesławiec, the vocal studio of the Youth Culture Centre in Bolesławiec, the Synkopa 2 Choir from the General Secondary School No. 1 in Bolesławiec, and scouts from the Szare Szeregi ZHP Scout District.
