The village of Krępnica is being fully evacuated. Water is reaching the embankment reinforcements. Both entrances from Bolesławice and from Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka are impassable. For safety reasons, residents and volunteers laying the reinforcements are also subject to evacuation.
It adds: “The only alternative will be the road through the forest toward Kliczków.”
