"Every few hours, we take gauge readings on the Lusatian Neisse and Czerwona Woda. This morning’s data—4.68 m on the Lusatian Neisse and 1.28 m on Czerwona Woda—seemed to herald the stabilization of the weather situation. In the morning, the waters of the Czerwona Woda River were slowly receding.

The Nysa, in turn, where the water level is very high, has so far overflowed its banks only in places where this always happens during heavy rainfall: in the floodplains of Nadnyski Park and on the link between Grecki Boulevard and Cienista Street. So far, nothing has happened that we were not prepared for, which is reassuring. However, I ask you to remain cautious and vigilant. Another difficult day lies ahead. Due to the rainfall, water levels in the rivers may rise."
