– Yesterday, in Bolesławiec County, officers from the Road Traffic Department conducted a preventive and enforcement operation codenamed “Alcohol and Drugs” – reports Sgt. Daria Lebiedzińska from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec.
During the operation, they checked 440 people. Five of them got behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol.

Let us remember! Anyone who, while intoxicated or under the influence of an intoxicating substance, drives a motor vehicle in land, water or air traffic is liable to imprisonment for up to three years.
