As reported by firefighters from Nowogrodziec:

Today, after 6 a.m., a fire broke out on the grounds of the brickworks.

They added:

Approximately 3 ares of rubbish burned, and the roof truss beams of some buildings were scorched. The fire was brought under control, and extinguishing operations are ongoing.

The danger was eliminated and, fortunately, no one was injured.


This is not the first fire at this location. The previous one occurred on the night of August 29–30.

Firefighters from Nowogrodziec were dispatched at 3 a.m. to a rubbish fire. As they themselves noted: “at the place known to everyone”.

This concerns the former brickworks in Nowogrodziec, where fires used to break out regularly. Let us hope we are not in for a repeat now.

The danger was eliminated and, fortunately, no one was injured.
