In his statement, Kornel Filipowicz thanked everyone for taking part in the event and added that he would investigate the matter of FC Bolesławiec hooligans taking part in the parade.
As he said yesterday in an interview with istotne.pl, FC Bolesławiec had reportedly failed to officially confirm its participation in the parade.

Statement from the Organizer of the 30th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The ceremonial opening of the Jubilee 30th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival and the Thirtieth Anniversary Parade are behind us. I am extremely proud and moved. Bolesławiec has never before experienced such broad and committed participation by its residents in this truly enthusiastic event. I sincerely thank all the parade participants, from the bottom of my heart. I would especially like to thank the children and their parents. You were quite an attraction, and your participation in our carnival proved that Bolesławiec knows how to have a great time and that its residents can show pride in their city.
It is simply incredible how collectively and together we created this extraordinary procession of smiling, imaginatively dressed and joyfully celebrating artists. Yes, artists—you, the residents of Bolesławiec, who created a colorful and positive wave flowing through the city streets. In short: more than 40 entries from brotherhoods, associations, delegations from partner cities, theaters, public institutions, social organizations, sports clubs, Polish and American soldiers, senior citizens’ associations, municipal companies, and many, many Bolesławiec residents who are unaffiliated but felt the need to participate together in our city’s most important celebration.
Therefore, I regret to say that not everyone treated our festival as an excellent opportunity to express pride and joy in our city. That is, after all, the “age-old” idea behind this festive procession. However, a group of people appeared who had not previously registered their participation. They used the “Parade” to express views and beliefs inconsistent with the idea of this ceramic event and to disrupt the brief opening ceremony of the 30th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival.
I apologize to all those who felt offended by the situations mentioned above. The circumstances of this matter, as well as other troubling media reports concerning the 30th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival, will be investigated after the conclusion of the 30th Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival.
Your comments and observations will certainly help us objectively assess these events. I therefore encourage you to share them. We will welcome every comment on this matter, as well as other observations concerning the Bolesławiec Ceramic Festival, so that we can use your knowledge in the future.
