Work is underway on the construction of the “Orka” swimming pool. The 100- and 60-metre tube slides are currently being installed. The facility will include a sports pool and a recreational pool. The main recreational pool will feature an area for learning to swim, as well as attractions such as air loungers, a water carousel, a waterfall and underwater geysers.
Other attractions include a sauna complex, a fitness centre, a solarium and a squash court. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of the first half of 2011. Its cost is PLN 20 million, of which PLN 6 million is funding from the Regional Operational Programme.
