Since the beginning of the holiday period, the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters has not confirmed any complaints or reports concerning disturbances of the peace, public order or nighttime rest caused by American soldiers.

In the second half of July, a reader wrote to us:

I would like to share a video showing what the American military does on weekends right in the city center. No one can stand up to them.

She added: – We, as residents, cannot open our windows in the evening to cool our homes. Please take an interest in this matter.

She pointed out that they must be US Army soldiers because “there are no American-speaking tourists here who would behave this way”.
