The Youth Fire Brigade organized a Christmas Eve gathering on December 18 at the fire station in Osiecznica. Reverend Tadeusz Stelmach took part in it. The participants sang carols together, shared the Christmas wafer and exchanged good wishes.
“This was the last meeting of the year. I asked the secretary Ania Kosicka and treasurer Piotr Bednarski to present reports on the Brigade’s activities,” says Damian Tomiak, the MDP’s supervisor. “The Christmas Eve gathering itself turned out excellently. I could see joy in the eyes of the young people under my care.”
After the Christmas Eve dinner, a mini darts tournament was held. Reverend Stelmach proved to be the best in the competition. “There was a festive atmosphere throughout the entire gathering,” says Dawid Stryczek, MDP commander. “We are very happy that we were able to meet in this group,” adds Damian Stryczek, the Brigade’s deputy commander.
The young firefighters wish all internet users and residents of Osiecznica municipality and Bolesławiec County a peaceful and joyful Christmas.
