The incident occurred on Wednesday evening. A 51-year-old man drove a Škoda to a Lubań fast-food restaurant with a drive-in facility. He behaved so strangely that an employee, suspecting the customer was drunk, discreetly notified the police.

According to eluban.pl:

Before the 51-year-old collected his order, Lubań police officers arrived at the scene.

It turned out that the hungry fast-food fan had violated a court-imposed driving ban. What is more, the man was tested for drugs. “The drug test came back positive,” asp. szt. Justyna Bujakiewicz-Rodzeń of the local KPP told the Lubań outlet.

Breaking a court-imposed driving ban is punishable by up to five years in prison.
