Two new buildings of the Social Housing Association were constructed on Śluzowa Street in Bolesławiec. They contain 36 one-room apartments, 24 two-room apartments and 20 three-room apartments. The investment, worth PLN 12 million, was carried out by a company from Zielona Góra.

– The cost per square metre with full finishing (cooker, panels, ceramic tiles, sink and bathroom fittings) amounted to PLN 3,200 – says TBS president Ilona Suchecka. The 80 apartments will be home to 220 people.

The commissioning of the new apartments coincided with a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of TBS’s investment activity in Bolesławiec. The company currently has 202 apartments in six buildings. The construction of more apartments is planned for next year.
