In Lower Silesia, snow is expected to fall from 4:00 p.m. today until 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. Up to 20 cm of snow may fall. Forecasters predict blowing and drifting snow because it will be very windy. Everything should calm down by morning. Driving on the roads will certainly be difficult, and they may become slippery.
The Chief Inspector of Building Supervision reminds owners and administrators of their obligation to clear snow from roofs and building façade elements. This obligation also includes removing icicles, chunks of ice, and ice and snow overhangs that could threaten the safety of people walking along the street or on the sidewalk.
