Elected to the Bolesławiec City Council for the ninth term in the elections held on 7 April 2024 were: Leszek Franciszek Chudzik, Joanna Dudyńska, Renata Jadwiga Fredyk, Karolina Hałka, Łukasz Aleksander Jaźwiec, Piotr Jarosław Klasa, Violetta Małgorzata Kurcio, Urszula Magryś, Łukasz Zygmunt Molak, Magdalena Mucha, Tomasz Ogrodnik, Mariusz Robert Potyszka, Grzegorz Jacek Przybylski, Katarzyna Anna Rola, Dawid Łukasz Sarbak, Damian Piotr Sawczak, Joanna Strzelecka, Teresa Grażyna Szyjkowska, Stanisław Wiącek, Rafał Paweł Więcewicz and Andrzej Józef Żuk.
Marta Zborowska, Chair of the Municipal Electoral Commission in Bolesławiec, presented certificates confirming election as councillors of the Bolesławiec City Council for the ninth term, as well as the certificate confirming election as Mayor of Bolesławiec.
Before beginning their mandate, the councillors take the following oath: “Faithful to the Constitution and the law of the Republic of Poland, I solemnly swear to perform the duties of a councillor with dignity, diligence and honesty, bearing in mind the good of my municipality and its residents.” From that moment, the City Council is authorised to adopt resolutions and exercise the powers and perform the tasks provided for by law.
The statutory composition of the Bolesławiec City Council is 21 councillors.
