Dear Residents of Bolesławiec County,
On April 7, you will choose your representatives to the Bolesławiec County Council for another term. The past few weeks have been a kind of “marketplace” of promises, assurances and commitments. As an alternative to all these activities, I invite you to join me on a shared Journey whose goal is the continued development of Bolesławiec County. The Tomasz Gabrysiak Voters’ Election Committee Forum Powiatu has the opportunity to continue the positive changes that have taken place in the functioning of Bolesławiec County over the past five years. It is therefore worth putting your trust in people who have experience and skills and, most importantly, have delivered on their 2018 election program. I am extending this invitation to you because only TOGETHER can we achieve great things.
Together, we are changing the County!
My work to date as Bolesławiec County Starost allows me to show you the direction of the plans I intend to implement during the next term. I do not make empty promises. I can point to facts: more than PLN 52 million allocated during this term to road expenditure; some of the best educational results in the region; and a modern hospital that is developing, provides healthcare security for residents and employs a highly qualified medical staff. A hospital with a new operating wing, modern diagnostics, renovated wards, a budget of nearly PLN 200 million and an almost twice-as-large team of nearly 1,000 employees. Most importantly, we have implemented nearly all the points of my election program from five years ago.
An awareness of the value of cooperation in carrying out even the most difficult projects has always guided my actions. The effort to ensure the best possible living conditions for the residents of our County required me, as Starost, to take a holistic approach focused on cooperation with the leaders of each of the six municipalities of Bolesławiec County. TOGETHER, we developed solutions that I can now identify as achievements of the outgoing term. These include the developing hospital; an efficient public bus transport system reaching even the most remote areas of our County; thoroughly renovated educational infrastructure; and road investments carried out on a scale previously unknown. The past five years have been a time of cooperation and building, not political battles or attempts to prove who is more important.
As Bolesławiec County Starost, I tried to ensure the balanced development of all areas of county activity. My program for the next term assumes the continuation of the actions undertaken so far.
The candidates on the list of the Tomasz Gabrysiak Voters’ Election Committee Forum Powiatu are people whose commitment is helping Bolesławiec County become a friendly place to live, receive healthcare, study and work, while also giving it a chance for further development. They are people, each of whom has enormous potential to act for the local community in a variety of areas.
