Bolesławiec traffic police, while patrolling the Gromadka municipality, stopped a 47-year-old woman. Police: – Shortly before 7:00 a.m., a resident of the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality was driving a passenger car. A sobriety test showed more than 1 per mille of alcohol in the controlled driver's system. The officers immediately confiscated the driver's licence.
Officers: – The 47-year-old admitted that she had consumed two types of alcohol the previous day.
They added:
The woman will be held responsible for driving while intoxicated. She faces up to 3 years in prison, a long-term loss of her driving licence and financial consequences.
