The head of the Bolesławiec municipal authorities Piotr Roman attended the March session of the Bolesławiec County Council. Among other things, he spoke about why some young residents of Bolesławiec no longer return to the City of Ceramics. He stressed:
At one point, we discussed establishing a university that would provide education במסגרת Polish-German cooperation, a kind of second Viadrina. However, Viadrina, based in Słubice and Frankfurt, primarily trains specialists in public administration. We want to make it possible for a similar university, but with a technical focus, to be established in Bolesławiec.
He added: – It is a long process, but it may perhaps succeed.
