New culinary experiences have been carefully selected by the Head Chef himself, Władysław Turbak, who has composed a new menu. We are convinced that Władek’s suggestions will delight even the most demanding food lovers. The new menu features completely new dishes as well as refreshed classics.

Curious about what awaits? Here are several dishes you can find on Winestone’s latest menu.

Mango&curry prawns – if you feel like trying prawns in a slightly different form than usual, you absolutely must try prawns in mango&curry sauce. Delicately spicy and creamy, warming, with a hint of mango fruit—if you enjoy these flavours, be sure to visit us.

Ribs – we can find them in more than one restaurant, and often, filled with thoughts of fantastic ribs, we look forward to devouring them right down to the bone. Then disappointment arrives. So what are our ribs like? Baked for 9 hours, they are exceptionally tender and juicy—you could confidently describe them as “melt-in-your-mouth”. The stout-beer marinade gives them a distinctive, subtly sweet flavour, while the intense rosemary demi-glace makes the dish bursting with taste. We serve the ribs with classic sides: roasted potatoes and red-cabbage coleslaw.

Pork chop – something most of us cannot imagine a Sunday lunch without. In our version, the cutlet covers three-quarters of the plate: thinly pounded meat, tender and appropriately seasoned. The whole dish is completed by a not-too-thick, crispy panko coating. In the spring edition of our menu, we serve the pork chop with exquisite beetroot prepared according to a traditional pre-war recipe.

This has to be your must-have! Warning! The portion may be too much for one person (smile).
