In recent years, the area within the Gdańska–Śluzowa–Lubańska–Garncarska street block has changed considerably. New streets, residential buildings, playgrounds, a private kindergarten, a sports field, a shop, a restaurant and more have been built in the Garncarska estate. New roads, pavements and street lighting have also been constructed.

And adds: – Work is currently underway on the construction of Powstańców Warszawy Street. By the end of June, a 424-metre-long road and a 354-metre-long pedestrian and cycle path will be built. The street will be lit by 15 LED lamps with a smart lighting management system – Smart Lights.
And further explains:
The road is planned to be connected to the existing driveways, with an asphalt roadway featuring a kerbside gutter, an asphalt pedestrian and cycle path bordered by edging from the green areas, and a new power network for street lighting.Rainwater from the road will be discharged into the constructed stormwater drainage system through road inlets and service connections. The existing sanitary sewer manholes, road inlets and water-supply valves are scheduled to be adjusted. The project also includes the construction of a utility duct intended to accommodate telecommunications cables.
Contractor: Jagielski, a company from Bolesławice. Cost: PLN 2,944,444.
Work is also underway on the construction of the road on Kresów II RP Street. Municipal officials:
The investment includes the construction of a stormwater drainage system and a retention tank, as well as road lighting. The works include an asphalt-concrete roadway, a pedestrian and cycle path, topsoiling and grass seeding in adjacent areas, and the installation of horizontal and vertical road markings. The works are being carried out in two stages. The contractor is Eltor from Lubań. The value of the works is PLN 2,790,000.
And they add: – The first stage includes the construction of 219 metres of road. Works related to the first stage will continue until the end of March this year. The second stage includes the construction of more than 200 metres of road. Completion of this stage is scheduled for the end of July 2024.
