Officers from the Patrol and Intervention Unit detained a 52-year-old man in Bolesławiec who has two active court-imposed driving bans. One was issued by the court in Bolesławiec and the other by the court in Lwówek Śląski.
Another driver was detained in the Gromadka municipality by officers from the police station in Kruszyn. The 43-year-old from Bolesławiec County has three active court-imposed bans, all issued in 2023.
Police: – Both men will be held accountable for violating a court-imposed ban, an offence punishable by up to 5 years in prison.
