Every day, community officers, patrol officers and detectives of the Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters conduct numerous inquiries into the whereabouts of people wanted by the justice system.
Over the past two weeks, officers from the Bolesławiec headquarters and police stations located 16 wanted people. The officers said: – Most were wanted by the District Court in Bolesławiec in connection with prison sentences. There was also a man wanted by the German justice system, as well as people sentenced by the courts in Legnica and Świdnica.
Among those detained was a 39-year-old resident of the Nowogrodziec municipality, who has 13 months to serve for burglaries. Police officers from Kruszyn, meanwhile, detained a 31-year-old man who was sentenced to one year in prison for violating a court-imposed driving ban.
