Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a passenger vehicle for inspection a few minutes after midnight. It was being driven by a resident of Nowogrodziec municipality. Officers:
The 40-year-old drove to the Bolesławiec municipality despite being subject to a court-imposed driving ban since 2021.
And they explain: – Under the judgment of the District Court in Bolesławiec, the suspect committed an offence by getting behind the wheel until January 2025. In addition, since 2022 the 40-year-old has also been subject to a decision revoking his driving privileges.
The detainee now faces up to 5 years in prison and an extension of the driving ban.
