The incident took place in one of the supermarkets in Lwówek Śląski. Police officers were called to intervene because of the indecent behavior of two men. They were behaving loudly, playing music and drinking alcohol.
During the intervention, one of them, a 28-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, was very aggressive toward the police officers, insulted them using words commonly regarded as offensive, and, while threatening to take their lives and destroy property, attempted to influence the actions being carried out by the officers.
Lwówek police: – The man was under the influence of alcohol. The officers arrested him and placed him in a police cell.

In agreement with the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lwówek Śląski, the man was brought before the court, where he answered for his actions under expedited proceedings. The court sentenced him to 15 months of restriction of liberty, consisting of performing 30 hours per month of unpaid, supervised work, as well as paying monetary compensation to the police officers who were harmed. The verdict will be made public and displayed for 30 days on the notice board at the District Court in Lwówek Śląski.
