Recently, winter has been particularly hard on drivers, but pedestrians have also felt its effects (slippery pavements). Frost and snowstorms made driving and getting around more difficult. Many drivers ended up in ditches.
However, we have some good news. A thaw will begin on Saturday, 20 January.
In Bolesławiec and Bolesławiec County, daytime temperatures over the weekend will be a few degrees above freezing. There will still be frosts at night.
After the weekend, forecasters expect temperatures of between 5ºC and 10ºC. At night, temperatures are expected to range from 0ºC to 4ºC.
The forecasts for the next two weeks show no return of a frosty and snowy winter.
