On 10 January 2024, two educational training sessions were held at the headquarters of the Bolesławiec County Family Support Centre. The sessions were conducted by officers of the Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters, and their participants were children and adolescents in foster care from Bolesławiec County, divided into two age groups: 13–15 and 16–18 years old.

The training sessions addressed “Risky Behaviors of Children and Adolescents and Their Consequences in Light of the Applicable Law.”

The training sessions took the form of lectures and discussions. The children and adolescents in foster care had the opportunity to obtain information about risky behaviors undertaken by children and adolescents and their legal consequences. The trainers provided comprehensive answers to all questions.

The primary aim of the training was to equip children and adolescents in foster care with knowledge about the criminal liability of minors, as well as the ability to effectively prevent risky behaviors.

The training sessions, attended by a total of 45 children and adolescents in foster care, attracted considerable interest.
