Good morning, I am writing to you about the road leading from Nowogrodziec to Nawojów Śląski. There is a section there with a very poor road surface. It is located between the road signs bearing the names of the localities and is approximately 150 metres long. According to the Forest Data Bank, this section belongs to the Polish State Forests and is managed by the Lwówek Śląski Forest District. Could you send an inquiry about a possible road renovation or about separating it for the benefit of the Nowogrodziec municipality, should the municipality be interested? (...).

We sent this inquiry to the Lwówek Śląski Forest District. The Forest District’s response indicates that renovating this section is planned, although no specific date has been given. The procedure for transferring this section of road to the Nowogrodziec Municipality has also begun.

Here is the text of the response we received:

With reference to the email dated 18 December 2023, I would like to inform you that the Lwówek Śląski Forest District plans to renovate in the near future the road surface located on plot no. 603, cadastral precinct Miasto Nowogrodziec 3, managed by the Forest District, between Nowogrodziec and Nawojów Śląski.

I would also like to inform you that the Lwówek Śląski Forest District has begun the procedure concerning the transfer of the aforementioned section of road to the Nowogrodziec Municipality.

Yours sincerely
