On the second day of Christmas (December 26), an irritated reader wrote to the Editorial Office:

Residents of Asnyka and Bielska Streets would like to thank the mayor very much for the truly festive, dark and super “safe” atmosphere provided by the installation of super-modern street lamps.

The reader added that the lighting had not been working since Friday, December 22.

Where should street lighting failures be reported?
