Officers from the police station in Kruszyn detained a 25-year-old in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality who was driving a passenger vehicle. Bolesławiec police:
The officers found two types of drugs in the jacket pocket of a resident of the Osiecznica municipality: marijuana and amphetamine. Additionally, the police established that the 25-year-old may have been driving the vehicle under the influence of intoxicating substances.
Furthermore, the car driven by the detainee did not have the mandatory insurance.

Possession of drugs is punishable by up to 3 years in prison. If the police officers’ suspicions are confirmed, the man will also face charges for driving a motor vehicle under the influence of a narcotic substance.
