In the past 24 hours, two traffic offenders were arrested in Bolesławiec:
- Police officers from Legnica, while on duty in our town, stopped a vehicle driven by a 30-year-old man. Bolesławiec KPP: – A check of the resident of Osiecznica municipality in police databases showed that he had committed an offence by getting behind the wheel. The 30-year-old has three active court-imposed driving bans and a decision revoking his driving privileges.
- Meanwhile, a patrol from the Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a vehicle known to them. The police station: – The officers knew that someone subject to a court-imposed driving ban might be driving the car. Indeed, a 32-year-old man from Bolesławiec municipality was behind the wheel. This year, the court in Lubań, and two years earlier the Bolesławiec court, issued a judgment in the case of the 31-year-old man. In addition, the person arrested has a decision revoking his driving privileges.
The suspects face up to five years in prison.
