Our reader, who is also a parent, has asked us to publicize the problem of two metal elements protruding from the ground at the playground in Bonin Park in Bolesławiec. The man recently witnessed a situation in which one of the children playing there fell close to these metal elements. In his opinion, it was only narrowly avoided hitting its head on them.
According to the man, the protruding elements were left behind by some dismantled piece of equipment. No one secured them, and they pose a danger to the children playing there. The elements protrude from an area with a soft surface where children run.
We warn parents and children playing there and appeal to the playground’s administrator to address the problem before someone is hurt.
