The incident took place on 13 November. After 8:00 p.m., emergency services were dispatched to an accident on the 39th kilometre of the A4 towards Bolesławiec.
As established by the Bolesławiec police, an unidentified truck driver improperly changed lanes and hit a Škoda car driven by a resident of Oświęcim.
Fortunately, the woman did not suffer any serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision. The truck driver left the scene.
The action involved firefighters from Osiecznica, Bolesławiec, as well as an emergency medical team and the police. The latter are conducting activities aimed at establishing the identity of the perpetrator of the collision.
