The incident occurred during the night of October 9–10. At around 2:00 a.m., an officer monitoring the surveillance system noticed a young man who kicked off the mirror of one of the cars parked on Kutuzowa Street in Bolesławiec. A municipal police patrol immediately went to the scene. The officers apprehended the vandal. It turned out that he was drunk. At the time of his apprehension, he had a blood alcohol level of 1.94‰.
The man covered the repair costs.
