Head Chef Władysław Turbak has prepared must-have dishes for 11 November, which you can try only once a year. The special menu will feature warming spiced goose broth, goose fillet in juniper sauce served with Jerusalem artichoke purée, a pulled goose burger with fried cheese, and homemade apple pie with pumpkin.

Naturally, as always at Winestone, there will also be a superb selection of Polish local wines, which you will be able to taste free of charge when ordering dishes from the special menu.

We would also like to remind you that throughout the week, as part of the “Week of Polish Cuisine”, you can reserve a table and order a dedicated three-course menu based on traditional Polish cuisine at promotional prices of PLN 69 and PLN 99. You will be able to try, among other things, ribs marinated in mead and vegetarian cabbage rolls made with red cabbage roasted in honey. Reservations are available exclusively through: tydzien-kuchni-polskiej.pl/winestone-boleslawiec

Dishes with goose, pumpkin and warming spices are inextricably associated with autumn and long evenings, which we like to spend together over a warming infusion. And from November, Winestone’s opening hours have been extended, allowing you to spend more time with friends than before. During the week, we invite you until 9:30 p.m., and at weekends until 10:30 p.m.

What’s more, if you are not early birds and enjoy late breakfasts, you can have one here every day until 1:00 p.m. The breakfast menu includes, among other things, shakshuka, a local Polish breakfast, and an English breakfast with beans, bacon and sausages. To wake you up, coffee with breakfast costs just PLN 1!

Drop by and let us know what you think! Autumn doesn’t have to be bad at all!
