On Friday, November 3, at 8:00 p.m., the premiere of “Egocentrum,” a track recorded by two rappers from our county, will take place on YouTube: Bolesławiec native Arkadiusz Kanibal and JotGie (short for “Jestem Graczem”), a hip-hop artist from Nowogrodziec who has lived in Warsaw for years.
Mateusz, as JotGie is named, recently returned to music after a roughly two-year break. The rapper says:
For now, I’m focusing on loose singles featuring various guests, but I already have plans for a new album in mind—I just don’t know when it will be released.
Arkadiusz:
I’m very grateful, because I have behind-the-scenes information that his first track after returning and this verse were created during one session. I’m still active in some way, but the track with Mateusz restored my faith that there are still truly valuable people in the Polish underground.

Both hip-hop artists announce that “Egocentrum” will not be their last collaboration.
