She wrote to us Reader:

Yesterday, after 8 p.m., in the middle of the city, a group of kids, around 10 years old, perhaps one younger, were throwing firecrackers at people’s feet. After one of them was told not to do that because it posed a danger to himself and others nearby, he held a firecracker to my friend’s face and tried to light it.

And she clarified:

When I told them that I was about to call the police, he replied to me (...): “Go ahead and call, they won’t do sh*t to me,” then pulled a firecracker from his pocket and tried to set it off directly in my friend’s face. If I hadn’t pulled her away, it would have hit her, because he had already started lighting it.

The person reporting it:

I’m asking: where are these children’s parents? Is this some kind of social pathology? And where are the appropriate services for such little sh*ts?

She also added: – This is not the first time I have seen them doing something in the city—throwing eggs at the windows of other residents near the market square or insulting people walking around the square. I saw a post saying that someone else had also filed a complaint about these children. If there were firecrackers now, what will happen next?

According to our informant, these are the same boys whom another Reader warned about at the beginning of October:

Reader about hooligans

We will ask the Bolesławiec services about the matter. Have you encountered these hooligans? Did they behave aggressively toward you? We invite you to join the discussion.
