Officers from the Police Station in Nowogrodziec, while patrolling the municipal area, noticed a man riding a bicycle on national road DK 94 who was having difficulty maintaining a straight line.

During the check, it quickly became clear what had caused the 57-year-old’s difficulty controlling the bicycle. A sobriety test showed that the cyclist had 1.3‰ of alcohol in his system.
The police also add:
Riding while intoxicated is punishable by a PLN 2,500 fine.
