A district officer from the Police Station in Kruszyn established that the 49-year-old from the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality was once again disregarding court decisions. The man was detained in the act of driving a vehicle, despite the courts in Bolesławiec and Złotoryja having banned him from doing so.
The 49-year-old also has a decision revoking his driving privileges.
The road offender was charged. Violating a court-imposed ban carries a penalty of up to 5 years in prison.
