The location of the new Kunice stop will allow residents to travel more efficiently to work and schools, and tourists to Lake Kunickie. PKP PLK:
There will be two platforms adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility. Passengers will be able to board and leave the train comfortably thanks to the appropriate platform height. Shelters and benches will be installed, while clear platform signage and announcements delivered through loudspeakers will make travelling easier. The stop will be illuminated. Bicycle racks are planned next to the platforms. PLN 6.5 million has been allocated for the Kunice stop.

In Lower Silesia, the stop programme covers 10 locations, including 8 new stops. The stop at Szklarska Poręba Średnia and the platform at Ścinawa station have already been rebuilt. Passengers are using the new stops: Boguszów-Gorce Dzikowiec, Świdnica Zawiszów and Legnica Strefa. Mirków and Oława Zachodnia are under construction, while design documentation is being prepared for the Strzelce Świdnickie and Studniska stops. A tender has been announced for the design and construction of the Kunice stop.
The total value of all projects being carried out in Lower Silesia is approximately PLN 45 million.
