The incident took place on Thursday, September 28, in the park by the Bóbr, near the bridge on Mostowa Street in Bolesławiec.

My friends and I were relaxing on a bench when we saw a naked man masturbating in the bushes. Please warn people.

The women who recorded the incident did not report it to the police or municipal guards. – We didn’t call because he left after a while – the woman who reported it explains.

She adds: – We thought he would run away when we started laughing at him. He was embarrassed for a moment, but then came even closer and apparently became bolder.
