He Showed the Driver on the A4 the Finger. There’s a Widely Shared Video and a Verdict

As reported by The Bad Bunzlauer:

(...) people must not be insulted or abused. The incident took place in our county, on the A4 in the Nowogrodziec municipality. The guy showed the woman the finger through the window. She took him to court in Bolesławiec.

The court found him guilty of insulting the claimant and fined the guy PLN 1,500. (...)

The entire case was publicized by the popular YouTube channel Bandyci Drogowi, which “attempts to draw attention to the dysfunction and aggression that very often occur on the roads.” (The creators stress that their aim is not to “stigmatize specific people, but only patterns of behavior.”)
