Update
As reported by the Bolesławiec County Headquarters of the State Fire Service:
At 7:51 a.m., the Bolesławiec County command post received a report of a grain fire in a silo in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
The uniformed officers add:
The silo contains approximately 60 tonnes of rye. Firefighters made an inspection opening to remove the grain from the silo.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Warta Bolesławiecka and Stare Jaroszowice are taking part in the operation.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 5. Before 8:00 a.m., firefighters were dispatched to a silo fire in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
The operation is ongoing. Fortunately, no one was injured.
