A witness to the nighttime intervention wrote to us:
"Alibi Club is disturbing the residents' nighttime quiet, the police are not responding—perhaps something will change after this incident."
Alibi Club (formerly Promil) is located on Masarska Street in Bolesławiec. As a witness informed us, a beating allegedly took place outside the club at around 3 a.m. on Saturday, and only then did the police appear.
The witness added:
At 1:45, calls were made reporting a disturbance of the nighttime quiet and no intervention. Three calls were made; callers said that a brawl was starting, and that there were screams and shrieks. No response from the police. Until a beating occurred!
We are awaiting a response from the police spokesperson.
