The incident occurred on Monday evening in Lwówek Śląski. – Police received a report that a man at one of the city’s restaurants was behaving irrationally, using vulgar language and refusing to leave the premises – reports Staff Sergeant Olga Łukaszewicz from the Lwówek police station.
She adds:
After arriving at the scene, the officers proceeded to establish the man’s identity. During the intervention, he insulted the responding police officers and punched the police car, damaging it.
The aggressor, a 45-year-old resident of Legnica County, was arrested and taken to a police cell.
The man has already been charged. He now faces up to one year in prison.
